Appointment Booking & Cancellation Policy
Dear Valued Client,
Thank you for choosing us. We value your time and the trust you place in our team. To ensure every client receives dedicated care, appointments are scheduled in advance with exclusive allocation of doctor time, treatment rooms, and support staff.
We kindly request your cooperation with the following policy:
1. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Informing 48 hours or more before appointment
Appointment may be rescheduled multiple times. Advance payment remains fully adjustable. - Informing Within 48 hours of appointment
Advance will be adjusted only one time.
2. No-Show Policy
If we do not receive any communication before your appointment time, it will be considered as No-Show, and the advance will be forfeited. No Show is defined as not reporting within 30 mins of the appointment time

- You may reschedule your appointment multiple times
- Your advance payment will remain fully adjusted.
Informing 24–48 hours before your appointment
- Only one reschedule is allowed per 3-session package.
- The advance will be adjusted once
Informing within 24 hours of your appointment
- The advance payment will be adjusted one time only.
- Any further late cancellations will result in forfeiture of the advance.
2. No-Show Policy
If we do not receive any communication before your appointment time, it will be considered a No-Show.In such cases, the advance or session will be treated as consumed.

3. Grace Period
A 15-minute grace period is provided. After 15 minutes:
- Your slot may be shifted to later the same day,
- Waiting time may apply, or The appointment may be rescheduled, depending on the availability of the doctor, team, and machine.
